Hypnosis Sessions and Recordings


An awakening to the magic of the unconscious.

This is a set of four 45 – 60 minute hypnosis sessions to address a singular issue you are facing in your life, or support for a goal or shifts you are making. The calls will happen over a 4 – 6 week session over Zoom.

This is a great way to harness and deepen your ability to access a trance state and discover how your unconscious beliefs result in your behaviors. Knowing how to access trance, can also aid you in meditation practices.

First step is a complimentary 30 minute Zoom to see if we are a fit.

Our first Zoom call we will discuss the situation, I will guide you to create customized statements for your subconscious and we will do a short introduction to the process of hypnosis.

Session 2 and 3 will include a check in and follow up refinements as well as a custom hypnosis session. The guided hypnosis will be recorded and provided to you following each session, so that you can use it again and again.

Our 4th session brings it all together with one final hypnosis session and an opportunity to discuss next steps.

What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a bit like a guided meditation. During hypnosis, you access a state of consciousness known as trance. Trance allows you to receive suggestions at the level of the unconscious mind. Hypnosis and suggestions only occur as you allow for them. You cannot receive a suggestion in hypnosis that will make you do or believe anything that isn’t within your own nature.

What is trance?
Trance is a naturally occurring state that all humans access. If you have ever driven somewhere familiar and realized after that you aren’t quite sure how you got there, or if you were working intently and didn’t realize how much time had gone by, you have been in trance. Trance a state of relaxed concentration that allows access to the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind, controls all behavior and that is what makes it so powerful to utilize when you are making change.
