Monthly Meditation Announcement:

Monthly Meditation will be held for two more times (Sept 11, Oct 9) and then I will be taking a break in November and December.

During the end of the year I will decide if I will resume leading meditation in January, or not.

Be led through one long, or two short, meditation practices that impact your energy body and have the opportunity to experience meditating in a group.

Techniques practiced include grounding, body-oriented awareness, connecting with your intuition, rose techniques, present timing, chakra and aura awareness and clearing. While some techniques will be repeated regularly, each session will be unique. Time is also given to check in, share, and ask questions.

The focus varies monthly and may include educational information. You are always welcome to share what you are interested in and/or working on and there may be suggestions for you in your own practice, or it may help to inform our evening’s work.

When we work on our own energy bodies, we raise our vibration and that helps to raise the vibration of the people and places around us.
